Working with one client
Apologies if this has been asked recently - I have run a search but the results don’t appear in date order so I can’t find the most recent information!
I’m an autoentrepreneur, and one of my clients has offered me a big project that would run for at least six months. If I take it on, I won’t have the time to continue with other clients, which would mean I’ll be working for only one client for an extended period of time. Can I do this as an auto-entrepreneur? I’m pretty certain the answer is going to be “no”, so how could I legally take on this project? There is no option to be taken on as an employee for the duration of the work. Is there a different business structure I can change to? I am also likely to exceed the TVA threshold this year, so will need to take that into consideration too.
