Why are mutuelles du soleil not recognising my wife as beneficiaire?
My wife and I moved to France in June and I registered as an auto-entrepreneur, as from August 1st. I received my SIREN / SIRET numbers from INSEE, notification d鈥檃ffiliation from URSSAF (August 27) and notification de situation from RSI (September 9). I named my wife under un beneficiaire de votre assurance maladie on my original declaration de debut d鈥檃ctivite.
However my chosen assurance organisation (Mutuelles du Soleil) has returned her Declaration de choix du medecin traitant saying that she ne soit pas affiliee a notre organisme and (after I wrote to them explaining and giving both her maiden and married names) l鈥檈tude du dossier met en evidence que ce beneficiaire n鈥檈st pas prestataire aupres de notre organisme. My affiliation seems OK - although I have yet to receive my carte vitale. Have you any suggestions why they are not recognising my wife as beneficiaire?
