When can I expect my business registration document?

I registered as an auto-entrepreneur in France and received a letter from R茅gime Sociale des Travailleurs Ind茅pendants (RSI) that my health insurance is now valid with them. However this is the only letter I have received after I registered (about two weeks ago), should I be concerned or just sit back and wait?
