What is the best regime for activity holidays using our gites?

We have run 2 gites for a number of years. We have been registered with the tax office as locations meubl茅es non professionnelles regime micro. With a turnover in 2012 of 22,450 euros. We are now looking to diversify into running activity holidays using our gites as the base. We want to provide full board, and wine with meals. We will not be doing the tuition. This will be done by guest tutors who we will pay. We anticipate our turnover to be under 50,000 euros. We need advice as to the best way to register this business fiscally.
