What are the disadvantanges of being employed under the TESE?

Does someone employed under the titre emploi service entreprise (TESE) have all the benefits, cotisations, sickness, retirement etc. that someone employed with a contrat 脿 dur茅e d茅termin茅e (CDD) gets? I understand the job security is less, but is that all? I am thinking of it from the employee not the employer.
