This question was probably asked before, but I could not find an exact answer.
I am still below VAT threshold but need to plan in advance.
For online sales, if the final customer is in another country but in EU, do I have to charge VAT? If so, at the French rate or the destination country’s rate?
The explanations here are hard to understand:
