I wonder if it might be possible for you to update this page on your blog to include guidance on the most recent version of the CFE form? This one from 2014 is slightly out of date in places:
The latest version of the form includes some new sections and I am really struggling to understand them: 鈥撀燬ection C1-3 requires a lot of reference to unclear documentation.
