TVA and tax declaration

I am registered as PR consultancy (profession lib茅rale). I have not added TVA to my invoices (And NB I have a client in the UAE) - is that correct?
And to pay tax, do I just declare it on our next tax return or is there a different system? I didn鈥檛 opt for r茅gime fiscal micro.
