Tax thresholds for auto-entrepreneurs?

I am now Travailleur Independant business in France and because the tax rate is much higher than it was when I was Micro with aide aux ch么meurs cr茅ateurs ou repreneurs d’entreprise (ACCRE). I’m interested in knowing if there’s an amount I can earn in France before tax becomes applicable, i.e. a tax threshold.
I have found the which I presume is for the yearly personal income stuff everyone has to submit each year.
- Are there also thresholds on the business side? Or, are we taxed on each any every euro we earn?
- Are earnings taxed as a Travailleur Independant taxed again via the personal tax declaration we have to do every year?
