Street food business setup in France
I wanted to ask a few questions regarding our street food business:
1. What documents will we need when we bring our street food units over to France from the UK, either via boat or euro tunnel? I have attached screenshots of the unit. We will have 1-2 units. Also, if we bring any supplies/stock over from the UK in the future, what documentation will we need when crossing the border?
2. Also, I wanted to ask how/where we can register the units with the local authority/council in France? Although we will be trading on a private shopping mall, I believe we will still need to register with the local authority/town hall?
3. Do we need to register our business with the 鈥渃hamber de metiers/commerce鈥� and how do we go about this? We will be selling hot dogs (pre-cooked) and churros which we make on-site.
4.Do we need a 鈥渃arte de commerce ambulant,鈥� and how do we sort this?
5.Finally, do we need to register our units/business with the 鈥淒irection Departementale de Protection des populations鈥� and if so how?
