SIE form 751-SD and Wework
I鈥檝e received the Welcome Letter and Memento Fiscal from the tax office, along with Form 751-SD to complete and return. I have a few questions and was hoping you could clarify:
1. Section 3: *“Vous exercez votre activit茅 脿 votre domicile et vous n’avez pas d’autre local 脿 votre disposition”*
My answer here would be both yes and no, as I primarily work from a WeWork in Paris where I have an annual membership (which offers coworking space but not domiciliation) and occasionally from home. The registered address remains my home since WeWork doesn鈥檛 provide domiciliation.
As I am registered as an auto-entrepreneur under the profession lib茅rale category (conseil et service marketing), I believe you mentioned that my category is only permitted to operate from home and not via a domiciliation service. Could you confirm how I should complete this section?
2. Section 4: “Vous 锚tes membre d’un SCM”*
I鈥檓 unsure if this applies to me. Could you provide guidance?
3. Section 5: “Autres, ou compl茅ment d’informations que vous jugez utile de pr茅ciser”
Is it acceptable to leave this section blank?
4. Signature Section: “Date, qualit茅, et signature”
What should I write for “qualit茅”? Would “entrepreneur individuel” be appropriate?
