Should I be paying separate cotisations sociales?

I have just received an Avis Amiable from the RSI for cotisations sociales outstanding of 188 euros. Unless I am going mad, I don’t remember having paid social contributions since switching to auto-entrepreneur in 2009 - aren’t they included in the payment made based on my quarterly declaration?
I certainly have no record of a bill for this amount. On the back of the letter it states Ce relev茅 tient compte des d茅clarations et versements effectu茅s jusqu’au 01/02/2012. Could you confirm if I should be paying separate cotisations sociales before I query this with the RSI?
