RSI requesting my birth certificate and residence permit?

I received a letter today from R茅gime Social des Ind茅pendants (RSI) regarding my business registered in France. From what I can understand it is asking for my passport copy, birth certificate and residence permit. I don’t have my birth certificate in French or a residence permit (not sure what this is). I would appreciate it if you can advise.
