RSI or URSSAF?

I have just received an email from the unions de recouvrement des cotisations de s茅curit茅 sociale et d’allocations familiales (URSAFF) saying:
Vous pouvez effectuer d猫s maintenant le t茅l茅paiement des cotisations dues 脿 l’URSSAF pour l’exigibilit茅 de ao没t 2015.
I pay my cotisations to RSI, should I worry about receiving this?
