Are there any restrictions on converting a soci茅t茅 脿 responsabilit茅 limit茅e (SARL) to a soci茅t茅 par actions simplifi茅e SAS business in France? I incorporated a SARL in November 2012 and would now like to change it to a SAS to take advantage of the fact that the the directors of a SAS do not have r茅gime social des ind茅pendants (RSI) payments.
