Regime R茅el, allowable business expenses?

I’m hoping someone can point me to a good source of information on what business expenses are allowable under the Regime R茅el system at the commencement of a new business. The sort of information I am after is; is a franchise fee allowable and is it allowable in year 1 or treated as a capital allowance over the term of the franchise agreement? Is it possible to put a notional charge through the business if the entrepreneur already owned certain items of equipment?
