Questions for Filling out the 2026 CFE N掳 1447-C-K (Late)

I am finally getting around to filling out the CFE, as we received our’s in the mail quite late in December.
I was using your guide here to help fill things out: /blog/post/how-to-complete-cotisation-fonciere-des-entreprises-2014-form-1447-c-k
This long form of the CFE is quite detailed, and I was wondering as we are working out of our home online primarily:
1.) Is it still required to fill out “D茅taillez ci-dessous (en m2) l’affectation de la superficie 脿 usage:” and “D茅taillez ci-dessous (en m2) l’utilisation des surfaces 脿 usage professionnel en:” if it is our apartment?
2.) Additionally, in looking at our apartment lease agreement, it specifies:
“B. Destination des locaux :
x: Usage exclusif d’habitation principale - 飩� Usage mixte professionnel et habitation principale
Profession : _____________________________________”
Would including our landlord’s information potentially cause issue for us or them, or is this more in reference to using the space as a true store/shop? Sorry if I am overthinking this.
3.) Being as my wife and I are both living and working in the same space, would I include her SIREN for this question, and vice versa on her form?:
“Si vous partagez des locaux, veuillez indiquer le SIREN des autres -
utilisateurs et la r茅partition en% ou en m2”
4.) Lastly, should we expect to be penalized for sending this in late? Would you recommend we do anything special since it is?
