I am considering buying an existing soci茅t茅 脿 responsabilit茅 limit茅e (SARL) business in France. I have numerous of business questions but perhaps you could give me a brief description of the process, the time it takes, the costs involved etc. and any pitfalls I should be aware of during negotiations of buying an existing SARL business?
