Problems paying declaration on-line?

January 31st is the deadline for my third declaration. I have successfully paid two declarations on-line automatically paying my 23% for social charges and l’impot as I opted for this in my original application. Today I have tried to complete the form as usual but it is stating Vous n’avez pas opt茅 pour le versement lib茅ratoire de l’imp么t sur le revenu. I have not changed anything and still wish to pay all of the charges. What shall I do?
