Problem with quarterly declaration

I usually make my quarterly payments online for my auto-entrepreneur business on website and have had no problems in the past. For the last week, I cannot log in or access the site. Is anyone else having this problem?
Am I able to open another online account and make my declaration on for example? My payment needs to be made before 31 Jan.
