Problem adding bank details on Net Enterprise?

I am trying to register my new bank details on Net Enterprise and I’ve added them but there is nowhere for me to print off the details to give to my bank. I deleted my old details and inputted the new ones. I have this message on the page:
En cas de modification, n鈥檕ubliez pas de renvoyer par voie postale 脿 l鈥檃dresse indiqu茅e le formulaire d鈥檃dh茅sion au t茅l茅r猫glement d没ment compl茅t茅 et sign茅, sans rature ni commentaire. Ce formulaire (format PDF) vous sera pr茅sent茅 dans une nouvelle fen锚tre en cliquant sur Afficher le formulaire d’adh茅sion.
But there is nothing to click, can you help me?
