- Is it possible that a 骋茅谤补苍迟 or a company associate does not pay him/herself (there is no employee except him/her) until consistent profit shows up? Which company structure would allow that if any?
- In other words, when the financial result remains negative for months after the company creation, is it mandatory to pay the social charges (42% or 64%) ?
- Or should the social charges - and URSSAF if required - be paid in anticipation, hoping for profits? If yes, the anticipated amount to pay the social charges should be based on what?
- Is the Securit茅 Sociale mandatory?
