I am a British citizen with a spouse who is a non-EU citizen. We arrived in France 1 month ago. My wife has a 3 month type C visa, famille UE/EEE. She has an appointment with the prefecture to obtain a premi猫re carte de s茅jour 鈥渕embre de la famille d’un citoyen de l’Union鈥� but this is not until the end of next month. Can my wife start an auto entrepreneur business now or does she need to wait until the prefecture issues the carte de s茅jour?
