New European laws about the protection of clients’ personal data GDPR
I’ve been asked to provide a kind of letter attesting that I delete clients personal data and emails after 90 days, to comply with new International laws.
Pour me mettre en conformit茅 avec le R猫glement europ茅en 2016/679 du 27 avril 2016 sur la protection des donn茅es 脿 caract猫re personnel, entr茅 en vigueur le 04 mai 2016, mais dont l鈥檃pplication est diff茅r茅e au 25 mai 2018, j鈥檃i besoin d鈥檜n engagement 茅crit que vous allez d茅truire les mails au bout de 90 jours apr猫s exp茅dition de votre produit 脿 mes clients.
Can you explain my obligations? I only keep sales records offline on a personal hard drive, but I use Gmail for correspondance and of course ther are Paypal records.
Can you advise me how to word it? Or where to find an example that I can adapt?
