A friend of mine has brought to my attention an reporting that as of January 1, 2013: une nouvelle mention devra figurer dans vos factures et dans vos conditions g茅n茅rales de vente : l鈥檌ndemnit茅 forfaitaire pour frais de recouvrement due au cr茅ancier en cas de retard de paiement for an amount of 40 euros. Does this mean that we should now be putting this 40 euros clause on all our invoices?
