Mandat de Prelevement SEPA?

I have recently made the t茅l茅paiement des cotisations dues 脿 l’URSSAF and have received an email from Finances Publiques asking me to send du mandat de pr茅l猫vement SEPA interentreprises 脿 votre 茅tablissement bancaire. I have been on the Finances Publiques website and my account is valid for SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) and I have printed out the relevant mandate.
I have also contacted my bank who have said it is not necessary to send to them and that I should send it to La Direction G茅n茅rale des Finances Publiques.
- Is this still necessary as my account is valid for SEPA?
- Would I send it to my local office Finances Publiques?
