Issue with addition of activity

I recently submitted the P2-P4 form to add a new activity onto my SIRET. I got the form back within two days from my CCI explaining that they didn鈥檛 know what activity I was trying to register under and that if I am to continue with the addition I have to send it back re-done in 30 days. I鈥檝e spoken to a few other people, and as this new activity is paper craft I鈥檝e been told to contact the CDM. I did, and they informed me they don鈥檛 cover what I鈥檓 wanting to do. I feel like I鈥檓 running around in circles now. I can鈥檛 find the correct activity code that I want to add.
I鈥檓 creating paper boxes and items that are reproductions of WWII medical and personal items. I鈥檝e looked and looked but I鈥檓 clueless as to what this would fall under?
