Is there a minimum turnover for a business selling crafts in France?

I鈥檓 thinking about turning my hobby (crochet) into a little bit of a business and selling some of the things I make online (Etsy) e.g. cushion covers, blankets, dog coats. I know there is a maximum turnover but is there a minimum turnover because although I think I will sell some things, it may not be that many. Also would I be classed as an artisan, need to pay contribution fonciere des entreprises (CFE) tax and would I need to do the stage prealable 脿 l鈥橧nstallation course?
