Is auto-entrepreneur right for property management?

I am thinking of setting up a business to look after holiday homes and second homes for a fee and when these properties are rented out I would also clean, change linen and wash the linen for an additional fee. Is auto-entrepreneur right for me and what category would it come under?
Can I also ask about Le Stage de Pr茅paration 脿 l鈥檌nstallation. I was told that if I register as auto-entrepreneur it is compulsory to attend this course at a cost of 192 euros and that from the 19 June this year that it obligatory for all new auto-entrepreneurs. I thought as an auto-entrepreneur that this was voluntary.
