Invoicing a gallery

I am now filling out my Urssaf declaration on my artists income for 2024 which for that year was only sales through my gallery, to whom I send an invoice for my 50% of the sales price. In my declaration I have to specify whether my income is “Ventes 脿 des professionnels, cessions de droits et activit茅s accessoires’ or “Ventes 脿 des particuliers et r茅trocessions d鈥檋onoraires entre artistes-auteurs.”
Does the fact that I send an invoice to my gallery mean I chose the former, or are galleries different to say a commercial outlet who buy your art work in advance and then sell as merchandise? In which case, since it is individuals who actually buy my work ( albeit through a gallery/agent), I would chose the latter?
