Running a SARL (soci茅t茅 脿 responsabilit茅 limit茅e) (alternatively SAS) business with two shareholders me and my spouse. Who inherits the shares in case of death of one of us? To complicate the picture both of us have a child from previous marriage. If the children would inherit is there a possibility of ensuring the shares move to the surviving spouse?
