How to switch from Netentreprises account to URSAFF account?

I use my Netentreprises account to login to . This works fine if I use their website. However, their mobile app does not have the option to login via Netentreprises account. Here’s the link to their android app:
Should I create a new account on URSAFF’s site? Will my existing Autoentreprenur business information get automatically linked with my new URSAFF’s account?
