How do I start a business in France without RSA and URSSAF?

My employment salary provides me with minimum wage and top up health care etc. I want to create a small business selling houses. I don’t want to get into r茅gime social des ind茅pendants (RSI), unions de recouvrement des cotisations de s茅curit茅 sociale et d’allocations familiales (URSSAF) etc. as I had a small business before and found it too much pressure. Would like to know more details and what are my options?
