How do I fill in the net entreprises form?

I have watched your video on registering with Net Entreprises but the form is now different to the one shown in your video. There are now two sections to the form. The first section has two rows as follows:
- DSN r茅gime g茅n茅ral - D茅claration sociale nominative pour le r茅gime general
- DSN r茅gime agricole - D茅claration sociale nominative pour le r茅gime agricole
- What is DSN? Do I need to select the first one or does it not apply to me?
- In the second section of the form I understand I should select Auto-entreprise?
