When you land if France with a visa profession liberale, you have to validate your visa with OFII online within 3 months of your arrival.

Click on “je valide mon visa TLS-TS”
OFII should then invite you to a medical visit and orientation appointment (assess your French level). This should take place within 3 months of you validating your visa online. However there are huge delays and it can be much longer.
