How can I check if my husband is covered by my carte vitale?

When I used your service to you registered my husband to be covered by associated health care cover. I have had nothing with his name on at all in the post from r茅gime social des ind茅pendants (RSI) or Harmonie Mutuel. I only received a request for my carte vitale photo and signature. I have now received my card. Do I have to do something else to get him a carte vitale?
