First URSSAF tax return for life coach

I鈥檓 preparing my first quarterly return as a life coach. My APE is 9609Z (Autres services personnels, n.c.a.)
I鈥檝e received the first declaration form in the post and I was wondering about the following:
- For coaching services, should I enter the amount in 鈥減restation de services commerciales ou artisanales鈥� (538) or in 鈥渁utres prestations de service鈥� (791)?
- I have received a paper declaration form, but it says I need to complete the declaration online. Do I have to send a paper copy for the first declaration or can I simply complete this online?
