First quarterly tax declaration

Continuing from my previous thread related to opening a bank account:
1. What do you mean by 鈥溾�榤emento fiscale鈥� sent to you by Impot鈥�? I haven鈥檛 received any information except for my personal tax information from Impots. Should I apply something related to my company to Impots or just keep waiting?
2. Regarding the quarterly tax declaration, if my company officially starts on May 13 this year and I should wait for 90 days for my first declaration (Aug 10). Is it possible to declare in the middle of the quarter/August for my May-Jun income? Or I can do it in October for my May-June and 3rd quarter income altogether.
