First Cotisation Payment as Micro Entrepreneur

I have submitted my first declaration of income via URSSAF and therefore need to pay my first cotisation. It mentions this “Vous n’avez pas opt茅 pour le versement lib茅ratoire de l’imp么t sur le revenu.” What does this mean? Is this something I should do as a marketing consultant? Can I reduce the amount I pay by doing this? I put my earnings in the Prestations de services (BNC) 21,10 % section. I hope this is correct.
