I was reading as it mirrors my scenario as a freelance yoga business instructor in France.
- What are the differences, advantages and disadvantages of the entreprise unipersonnelle 脿 responsabilit茅 limit茅e (EURL) vs the soci茅t茅 par actions simplifi茅e unipersonnelle (SASU)?
- Speaking to an accountant, he suggests that my tax liability would be lower with a SASU as my colisation will be 15 percent as opposed to 40 percent with the EURL. But reading the exchange with basecamp, it seems that I can pay myself in dividends utilising the EURL?
