Employment circumstances description for g茅rant majoritaire

I am the g茅rant and majority shareholder of an SARL.
On a form for CPAM there is an employment circumstances box. Options are 1) Employed, 2) Not employed and 3) Other.
I am not employed by the sarl (no employment contract) but do receive a payment for services near the end of each year.
Would you agree the box to complete is 3) Other and if so what words would you use to specify this type of remuneration.
