Does my business owe RSI money?

I have received a letter from the r茅gime social des ind茅pendants (RSI) in France stating that they are proc茅dons 脿 l’actualisation de votre dossier and that I owe 1,766 euros. In 2008 the RSI, after two free years, mixed me up with another lady in a different department with a completely different name. They admitted on the phone that they had a computer error and I read about it afterwards.
Could you please let me know my best course of action. I don’t believe I owe them money they have requested. They have apparently sent my details to a huissier.
