Documents to provide for business registration in France
I’ve had a look at the copies of documents I’ve got to provide at the end of the registration…
1. Is it best to attach my carte de sejour or my UK passport?
2. It asks for “Certificate on the honor of non-conviction or absence of civil or administrative sanction likely to prohibit the exercise of a commercial activity, showing parentage * Attestation sur l鈥檋onneur de non-condamnation ou d’absence de sanction civile ou administrative de nature 脿 interdire l鈥檈xercice d鈥檜ne activit茅 commerciale, faisant appara卯tre la filiation *
and “Declaration on honor of non-conviction dated and signed in original by the person concerned *
D茅claration sur l’honneur de non-condamnation dat茅e et sign茅e en original par l’int茅ress茅 *
