Do I need to change my business registration?

In April 2011 I registered an Enterprise Individuelle and on my Extrait K it is written that my Activit茅 is Commer莽ant en gros et d茅tail pret-a-porter enfant. This year, I want to expand by also selling swimwear for women. Do I need to change my business registration to include pret-a-porter feminin in the Activit茅 section? What is the law and impact if I change or revise my registered activity?
