I received my institut national de la statistique et des 茅tudes 茅conomiques (INSEE) registration with the syst猫me d’identification du r茅pertoire des 茅tablissements (SIRET) number.
- I am now planning to submit the form Bulletin de d茅claration d’activit茅 d’un prestatire de formation. Do I also need to mention on the form the name of my website, or just submit it under my name?
- I am planning to start my work from January 2016. Do I need to get the Insurance Responsibility Civile Professionnel starting from now because I have a SIRET number, or can I put start date from January 2016?
