Do I complete both 2042 K and 2042 CK PRO forms?

I have just received Declaration Pr茅remplie Revenus 2013 2042 K and Declaration Compl茅mentaire Revenus 2013 2042 CK PRO in the post. I am an auto-entrepreneur and have already paid my tax for last year via the fical option at 1.7%. Can you advice which one of these forms I am required to complete and will you be doing a video on how to complete them?
