Did not receive certificat d鈥檌nscription from INSEE?

I have successully registered as micro-entrepreneur and as far as I see I have gotten SIREN and SIRETE numbers within days. I have not, however received the certificat d鈥檌nscription in nearly a month. Could it be it got lost in the mail or somewhere in transition? I can see I the registration is valid and active and I can download a Avis_de_situation from sirete.fr or societe.fr. But where could I download or (re)request the original certificate?
