Cotisations, contributions et imp么ts

Two questions:
- Am I right that social charges have increased in 2021? I have suddenly seen that my charges have gone from 22% last year to 24.20% this year. Is this correct? Or have they miscalculated.
- I have a note on my UrSSAF account which says “Vous avez opt茅 pour le versement lib茅ratoire de l’imp么t sur le revenu.” which I believe means that I have opted to pay tax at source. However, when I insert my earnings - it doesn’t seem to tell me how much of it is for cotisations and how much is being taken for tax? (even if the tax is 0% it should say, should it not?). It’s confusing me. Thanks very much
