CIPAV: if we pay too much we will be reimbursed?

I’m a Micro-entrepreneur and am part of CIPAV in terms of pension.
Am I right in thinking that they decide our cotisations based on last year or the year before’s chiffre d’affaires / b茅n茅fices? And if so, what happens if they have over-estimated and I then therefore pay too much to CIPAV?
