Changed address, can’t access URSSAF anymore

Hi Valerie,

I hope you’re doing well.  I need some help on my “next steps” for declaring my AE turnover for Q1 2021. Right now, I can’t access my URSSAF account. It keeps saying “comptes multiples.” It also won’t let me create a new account.

Perhaps some background on my situation might help:
In October 2020, I changed my address from 92 to 50. I was still able to access and declare my turnover for Q4 2020.

In March 2021, I received a letter from URSSAF Basse-Normandie with an updated SIRET (last 2 digits changed) and a temporary social security number. (I assume it’s temporary because there are five zeros and the last 3 digits of my old number changed. No cl茅 was given - I mention the cl茅 bec it’s required in opening an URSSAF account.)

Also, the letter stated:

Okay, I get that. But there was no instruction on what to do (or expect) next. I emailed URSSAF about my online account but still no reply. I’m not sure what to do, so I have questions:

1) What’s the best way to solve my URSSAF issue and how can I declare? (Hopefully, they will reply to my email. I can also try to call them but I’m afraid my French isn’t good enough to explain the situation.)
2) When there’s a change of address, is there some sort of “central hub” where we can change the address and it will automatically update our records in France? Or do I need to change my address one by one? (eg. URSSAF, cfe, impots, cpam.. etc).

Thank you so much!
